Photograph caption dated February 29, 1964 reads, "Getting out the vote - Robert S. Fuller, president of Valley Federal Savings and Loan, and Mrs. Marjorie Quittner, chairman of the Office of Voter Registration Campaign, make plans aimed at increasing the number of voters here by 100,000 by April 1. An additional aim of the drive is a fifth city councilman for the Valley."
