Description
Lieutenant Lloyd Martin, a father of three, sits surrounded by child pornography in his office at the Sexual Exploitation Unit of the LAPD's Juvenile Division. Martin, who helped establish the unit in 1976, says of child pornography, "No one has the right to exploit a child that way." Photo dated: May 15, 1977.
