Photograph of a view of Nevada City, 1906. Levi Strauss and Company's Overalls can be seen on the right across the street from the lightly-colored houses and apartment buildings in the foreground. A lightly-colored building stands almost at center with a side roof that extends to the short picket fence below. A street can be seen behind it which extends out of view towards the right while a second street goes on the left. The streets are lined with the stores and homes that are crowded by trees throughout the town. Trees cover most of the hillside in the background.
