This is the fourth and final part of an audio recording on Drucker’s new book "Innovation and Entrepreneurship". The narrators discuss what questions to ask to help a new venture grow, “being fustest with the mostest” and “hit them where they ain’t” strategies, specialty skills niche versus specialty market niche, and the differences between price, value, and cost. They close by noting that the purpose of the book is to provide concepts and tools for the task of making innovation and entrepreneurship an everyday, ongoing activity within an organization.
