A raised semicircular platform can be seen in front of the main structure of the building, which is punctuated by a huge archway at center. The words "Municipal Auditorium" are written near the top of the building. A large crowd is gathered on the ground in the foreground to watch a band. More people can be seen at various points on the building. Patriotic banners decorated the auditorium.
