Description
This is a description of Bunzaemon Inoue's contributions to the Civil Communications Section program and Japanese factory management. It includes quotes from some of his letters to Kenneth Hopper. Kenneth Hopper writes that Inoue sent him about 50 letters answering questions on the improvements he saw or personally initiated in Japanese factory management and his work as the co-chair of the two Civil Communications Section Seminars in 1949 and 1950. Hopper goes on to say that the Inoue letters are an authoritative record and that Hopper's findings were published in Human Resource Management by the University of Michigan.
