Photograph caption dated January 13, 1959 reads, "Jud Kehl, seated center, admires trophy presented him as the 'Most Valuable Player' on the Valley Championship Reseda varsity football squad. Other Regent players honored for their outstanding performances on the gridiron were Merle Holmes, left, 'Outstanding Lineman,' and Terry Wilson, center standing, 'Most Improved Player.' Awards were presented at annual sports banquet sponsored by Reseda Rotary Club. Tom McDonough, right, Rotary president, was in charge of event."
