Photograph caption dated July 20, 1965 reads "Looking over requirements for 'weekend' flight nurses in the 146th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron are Capt. Carol S. Brown, chief flight nurse, and Maj. Robert D. Tonry, squadron commander. The squadron is headquartered at Van Nuys Airport." The article partially reads "Their squadron is part of the California National Guard and is stationed here in the Valley--in a sprawling complex of drafty hangars and tall buildings at Van Nuys Airport."; See images #00130526 through #00130527 for all photos in this series.
