Lisa Scottoline discusses her book, “Killer Smile.” She begins by explaining the plot which follows the protagonist, Mary, a lawyer that works in an all female firm. She is assigned a case in which she researches an Italian man who was wrongly interned during World War II. Scottoline then shares that this is her eleventh book and how she likes to delve into different themes and topics in her books to keep the plots fresh. She goes on to discuss her research for the book and how she traveled to the internment camps, read documents, and interviewed survivors.
