Description
"Erdwohnung d. Eingeborenen b. Genadendal." ("Indigenous mud dwelling near Genadendal."). Two people, i.e. a European man, probably a missionary, and an African woman, are standing on each side of the entrance of a clay dwelling. In the foreground on the left there is a small bush. In the background there is a hill.
