Photograph article dated April 6, 1950 reads, "San Fernando Toastmasters Club 292 has new officers today with Lee Fowler succeeding Adrian E. Graber as president. Other new officers include Edwin King, Vice president; Guy Austin, secretary-treasurer; Roy Richardson, sergeant-at-arms, and Ken Wolber, educational chairman. Past president Graber automatically becomes deputy governor. Bruce Harney was the installing officer."
