Handwritten on verso - "A branch of Amador County Library serves the residents of the P.G. and E. plant at Electra. Fresno, Inyo, Los Angeles, Madera and Tuolumne County Libraires also have county library branches at power plants. Invariably the branches are in picturesque sections of the respective counties. In Tuolumne County the branch for the power plant is housed in the social hall and one of the employees is the custodian. The schools for these power plants are branches of the county library".
