Description
Juanita Rios, matriarch of the San Juan Indian Council. A member of the Juaneno tribe, her family has been in San Juan Capistrano for ten generations. She is a descendant of Feliciano Rios, one of the Spanish soldiers who helped build the Mission San Juan Capistrano.
