Pictured are Henry Zenas Osborne and his wife, Helen A. Osborne (nee Annas). H. Z. Osborne (1848-1923), was a veteran of the Civil War, newspaperman and principal owner of the Los Angeles Evening Express, National Guard officer, Chamber of Commerce director, and prominent as a Mason. In addition, Osborne served as a Representative of California's 10th Congressional District from 1917 until his death in 1923. Photograph dated October 23, 1917.
