Located at 20600 Ventura Boulevard, the 2865-seat Valley Music Theater opened in 1964 and was demolished in 2007.
Photograph caption dated October 20, 1964 reads, "Jack DeLon, as Nicely-Nicely Johnson, belts out his big number of 'Guys and Dolls' as he preaches his sermon in 'Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat.' Dolls ends its run at the Valley Music Theater Sunday. Vic Damone, Marilyn Maxwell and Eileen Christy star."
