Description
Resting at 4421 Twenty-Fourth Street in circa 1940 is Panama Pottery, known to be one of Sacramento’s longest standing twentieth-century businesses, distributing much of its wares to all parts of California. At around the time this photograph was taken, Panama was producing come 1,500 clay crocks, jugs, flower pots, vases and other pieces of pottery ware, daily.
