Description
"Sacramento's police heads believe an officer should be schooled in courtroom procedure and decorum. To this end the Police Academy, with the cooperation of courts and court officials, teaches its members. Deputy District Attorney Frank Bottaro (at table) watches City Prosecutor Everett Glenn examine police officer Gunnar Hassell while Municipal Judge James McDonnell listens to the hypothetical case being tried."
