Photograph caption dated February 17, 1964 reads, "Early morning fire today caused heavy damage to the home of band leader Benny Strong at 11241 Laurie Dr., Studio City. Garage, two automobiles and part of the house were destroyed. The blaze apparently started in the garage, firemen said."
