Description: Before restoration--This is how California's third State Capitol looked before work started two years ago on its restoration in Benicia. Now completely restored to its original form of 1853, the building will be dedicated as a state monument during ceremonies Saturday morning. The Legislature will convene in the restored building following its dedication.
