Castle Rock is visible near the water at center, jutting out into the water above a sandy beach. The coastal road winds its way along the shore, and several other narrow roads make their way up the hillside in the foreground. There are a few large houses on the hillside at right overlooking the water below, and in the background at center, a row of beach houses lines the coast.
