Lalo Robles plays the guitar and Luz Valquez dances during a program held on September 13, 1951, as prelude to Saturday's and Sunday's observances here by the Mexican American community of the 141st anniversary of Mexico's Independence Day. At left are Consuelo Caetillo de Bonzo and Consul General Salvador Duhart.
