Henry Gannett, Chief Topographer. R.U. Goode, Geographer in charge. Triangulation by A.P. Davis. Topography by R.C. McKinney and Paul Holman. Coast Line by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey. Surveyed in 1894. Culture revised, 1900, by E.G. Hamilton. Polyconic projection. To place on North American datum move projection lines 630 feet south and 460 feet west. [Vertical] datum is mean sea level. Contour interval 25 feet.
