Description
Title supplied by cataloger.
Photographer's caption reads, "An internet search for information on the Miracle Mile led me to a web site for lost and found cats and dogs. Four or five pages later, I found a Miracle Mile posting, "found on the 4th of July 2000, a shepherd mix that likes to ride in the car." After several emails with Maelle De Schutter, I met and photographed her, with her friend Barry Burchell and Pico, at Wilshire and LaBrea where, seven months before, a panicky and starving Pico had been rescued."
