Description
"This is the fourth new facility opened in the Sacramento area by the Camellia Convalescent Hospitals and Nursing Homes, Inc. It is the Camellia Park Convalescent Hospital, located at 2936 Cottage Way. The new facility will be the scene of a public open house this afternoon. It was developed at a total cost of close to $600,000 by C. L. Bowman & Associates for lease by Jack Carter and Mrs. Helen M. Peterson of the Camellia group. The architects were Rickey & Brooks of Sacramento."
