Description
BAYMEC (Bay Area Municipal Elections Committee) attorneys prepare a brief to sue Macy's/Valley Fair Shopping Center for the right to distribute a No on Proposition 102 flyer in the shopping mall. Left-to-right are Elizabeth Birch, Marta Vidas, and Denise Rose. Proposition 102, which was defeated, would have required everyone who tested positive for the human immunodeficiency virus to be reported to health authorities.
