Description
In this audio recording George Odiorne talks about his audio book, “Objective-Focused Management.” This is the second part of a two-part discussion entitled “Innovation and Management Making Things Happen.” He begins by describing whether or not a manager should hire a specialist. He talks about the goals of staff jobs. He discusses the importance of always defining objectives. Odiorne describes that the customer should define a company’s product list. He ends the tape by talking about how advice, service, and information can all be products.
