Description: Survey of two-story house built in 1910 on 157 West Seventh Street. The first owner, Dr. D. H. Colcord, was a prominent teacher in the early days of Pomona College. Bella Molls was the next owner and first to be recorded by the assessor. The best known owner was Mr. Nisbet, headmaster of the Norton School. The house was part of the Norton School by 1928. Survey was completed by Kroll-Benisek.
