Photograph caption dated August 8, 1986 reads, "About 4 P.M., Westwood And Wilshire: In what recently has become an all-too-common sight, an RTD tow truck hooks up Line 20 bus, which was carrying 40 passengers when it rear-ended car in front of it, leaving five people injured. Bus driver said his accelerator stuck."
