Identification number assigned by photographer: H5-1. Title from slide mount: Bayshore Freeway Alemany Overpass Pouring Concrete. Slide is Kodachrome transparency. James B. Case trained at Fort Ord army base in Monterey County, California in the early 1950s. Between 1949 and 1953 he worked for the California Department of Transportation, constructing and photographing highways throughout California.
