The Sir Francis Drake Pharmacy occupies the lower level, with awning, advertising "Sick Room Supplies" and "Exclusive Toiletries." A sign on the side of the building advertises free parking for patrons at Richfield Station. At the back of the building is a doorway sign for "Leonards." A coffee shop is next door to the pharmacy.
