Photograph of a view of Westlake Park showing a twisted wood bridge, Los Angeles, ca.1900-1909. The small footbridge can be seen in the distance at center as it crosses a small creek. A still lily pond is visible in the foreground at left. Several tall bushes and reeds grow around the edge of the pond, and a tall tree can be seen in the foreground at right. In the background at left is a small house high on a hill. The name of the park was later changed to MacArthur Park.
