The Antelope Valley Fair and Alfalfa Festival is held annually at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds, 2551 West Avenue H, in Lancaster, California.
Photograph caption dated September 7, 1954 reads "Linda Humphries, left, crowned Queen of the Antelope Valley Fair and Alfalfa Festival Pet Parade set for Saturday, with Barbara Shumaker, Queen of the 1954 Fair. The two monarchs will reign throughout the fair which starts Thursday."
