"The grand opening is a few weeks away but the W. P. Fuller Company has begun doing business in this new structure at 16th and Q Streets. The building has 10,000 square feet of floor space. It will house the firm's district office as well as the paint store and a service center for professional painters and dealers. The development, representing a total investment of close to $300,000, was built by the Erickson Construction Company"
