Description
This is the second part of a lecture delivered by Peter Drucker regarding changes in demographics. Drucker discusses the expansion of life expectancy, Social Security, and differences in voting habits between younger and older people. Drucker goes on to discuss learning, and the relationship between college education and finding work. Drucker concludes by stressing the importance of performance standards.
