Description
Based on a map from Herman Moll's Atlas, this was one of four maps on a sheet entitled "Dominia Anglorum in America Septentrionali specialibus mappis Londini primum a Mollio edita nunc recusa ab Homannias Hered." Ms note on map "7.70 British Pounds -KK- Extremely rare 3906." Wildly distorted map with the Iroquois Nation covering Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prime meridian: Ferro. Relief: pictorial. Graphic Scale: Miles. Projection: Cylindrical. Printing Process: Copper engraving. Verso Text: MS notes: A 173-? 759 111431.
