The "peak" at extreme middle left is Sequit Point, the curved road at the base of the mountains is Pacific Coast Highway (1), the white winding road visible from middle left to middle right is Mulholland Highway, and the thinner white "thread" at upper middle is Yellow Hill Road. Photographed for "Crippled Childrens Society" (probably Crippled Children's Society of Southern California) on September 13, 1956.
