Description: Mill Valley, January 1986, Summit Avenue area, Tamalpais Avenue. Reddish roof in foreground is the St. Johnson house. House in trees with red tile roof built by Bill & Shirley Hamilton in 1930s. House on highest hill on right built by George Goheen as his residence in 1930s. Sold some time after WWII for $15,000. House in right center with white roof built by George Klein about 1930.
