Photograph article dated November 18, 1963 reads, "Bug-infested timber in a Simi housing tract is prompting eight families this week to file suit for damages against the builder in Ventura County Supervisor Court. The bugs hatch in the framing timber and bore their way through walls, driving householders frantic in the 52-residence Grammar School Square tract completed about five months ago by Northtree Estates of Los Angeles." Pictured is Mrs. George Nelson pointing to holes drilled by bugs.; See image #00116822 for additional photo in this series.
