Photograph of a group of about fifteen people on the porch of the Ojai Valley Inn, ca.1880. A two-story building is visible at center with a porch and balcony extending the entire length of the front. Five windows are visible on the second story, while a chimney is visible on the sloped roof. A sign on the balcony reads, "Ojai Valley House". Men, women, and children are posed underneath the front porch. Most of the women sit in chairs and are visible wearing long dresses. The men are standing and are visible wearing dark jackets, pants, and hats. Three doors and two windows are visible on the first story. A road runs in front of the building, while trees are visible in the background. Photoprint reads: "Built by R.G.Dierdon".
