Title transcribed from photo-mount of photPF 512b. Date devised by cataloger based on photographer history; the Jarvis studio operated from about 1886 until 1894. Printed on bottom front of photo-mount: "Jarvis / Pasadena, Cal." Forms panorama with photPF 512a and photPF 512b. Handwritten on front of photo to the left, "Church in La Canada," with an arrow pointing toward a building. Handwritten on front of photo, right, "altadena." Photographer's imprint printed on back of photo-mount.
