Description
Right of Way Act of 1906 granted the City of Los Angeles to the right to use public lands in the counties of Inyo, Kern, and Los Angeles, and over and through the Sierra Forest Reserve, the Santa Barbara Forest Reserve, and the San Gabriel Timber Land Reserve in California.
