Description
USC Football coaching staff 1938 at Bovard Field. Left to right: Freshman coach Julie Bescos, Harold Hobbs Adams, Robert McNeish, Head coach Howard Harding Jones, Justin "Sam" Barry, Nevell "Jeff" Cravath, Athletic Director Willis O. Hunter. This staff produced the Rose Bowl winners of the 1939 game against Duke University.
