Description
Originally named Boulder Dam, it was renamed Hoover Dam in 1946. Here we are looking at the 4 Nevada intake towers, 2 each on the Nevada and Arizona sides. These towers would be used to take in water to be sent to turn the turbines in order to create electricity.
