Shows ranch with several barns and smaller structures. Horse and wagon on right, main on horseback in center, cattle and horses on left.
Pauba Ranch bought by Walter Lennox Vail and Carroll W. Gates in 1904. Pieced together from four Mexican ranchos - Pauba, Santa Rosa, Temecula and Little Temecula located in southwest Riverside County. Vail family owned Pauba Ranch from 1904 to 1964.
