It is part of a very high fence that encircles the prison complex and runs from the foreground at right toward the background at left. The two-story prison can be seen in the background. It is a large concrete structure. There are no windows at right, but two rows of rectangular windows can be seen at left. Two automobiles can be seen near the jail at center.
