Description
"Dedication ceremonies have been held at the Sacramento Apprenticeship Information Center in the employment service center at 1303 7th Street. Those attending the ceremonies included from left: Albert B. Tieburg, director of the department of employment; Ernest B. Webb, director of the department of industrial relations; Assemblyman Edwin L. Z'berg of Sacramento; Clarence B. Canson, chairman of the committee for equal opportunity in apprenticeship and training for minority races; Senator Albert S. Rodda of Sacramento, and Andrew J. Gwin, chiarman of the Sacramento Apprenticeship and Training Committee."
