Description
Phil Barnett begins the interview by discussing his position as an adjunct professor at Claremont Graduate University. He talks about his own education attending the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management and why he decided to get his PhD there. He explains his past working for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Barnett discusses how he balanced work as an engineer and a project manager. He ends the interview by discussing why he chose to continue his education after being successful in the workforce.
