Description
Photograph dated October 4, 1986 reads, "Firefighters attend to one of three people injured when a driver lost control of his car and triggered a six-vehicle collision downtown. Police said the accident, which involved an RTD bus, occurred yesterday afternoon on Figueroa Street near Wilshire Boulevard after a driver apparently lost control of his car when the accelerator stuck. None of the injured was on the bus. In another collision involving the RTD, two people, including a bus passenger, suffered minor injuries last night when a car and RTD bus collided on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu."
