Description: The view of the right side of the highly decorative exterior of the Council Chamber. The three panels with friezes depict bas-reliefs, and are from top to bottom, figures of ganas, lions, and elephants, in different poses or modes of movement and with each of them separated by ornamented pilasters. Wide ledges separate the friezes. Some of the pillars inside the Council Chamber are visible at the top.
