View of Operators' and Foreman's of Storrie Power House houses and headquarters of the Great Western Power Company under construction. Donor/Source of Loan: Rob Hanford (loan) 1927-1928- Houses and headquarters of Great Western Power Operators and Foreman of Storrie Power House, helped wire all the buildings- Glenn M. Way. Audio Tape #12A-584. Mr. Malcolm was the General Foreman for the Great Western Power Co. He was on site prior to the project's completion, supervising the construction of both the powerhouse and the permanent company housing being built upstream from the powerhouse and the permanent company housing being built upstream from the powerhouse on the opposite side of the river. The project was near completion at this point, and GMW was about to be transferred up to Camp 2. The R.C. Storrie railroad track is visible (6,7) above the site. An electric transmission tower can also be seen (2) that brought the power down the Canyon from Caribeu.
